 Generalities
- First Impressions (Score: 16/20):
Before I opened the forum, to be honest, I thought that this is a gambling forum or related card forum because of the forum's name, but it doesn't matter, it's unique though, now, when I first opened the link, it led me to the forum's homepage, the homepage is looking nice for me, even there's only a few content found there, actually, the only content I found there is the 'Welcome to Kingpair!' But it's still nice you had a homepage with welcome message which is brilliant, another thing I found there is the information(not sure to the exact one) 'Please wait till your browser redirects you' & 'loading king pair', That's looking unique and nice, so the homepage is nice, nothing more to say or to suggest, of course, after the homepage, it led me to the index, I gotta say it's nice you had same color/background color for the index and homepage, that looks professional and nice, now, the index is looking clean and neat which is nice, it's also looking organized, now finally, I noticed that it's a sports forum because of the graphics especially on the banner, now, as I scroll through the index, I noticed that it's too long, and it's not good but lets' talk about that later, so let's go to the portal, first of all, when I came there, I'm confused on the widgets placed there, most of them are not on same positions, first, I think the top widget there is the news forum but I would suggest you to place it on the middle widget(column2), it causes the other widgets to fall down so it would be better to place it on column2,this would fix all the widgets there, So get those things fixed.
- Categories & Forums (Score: 9/10):
Considering the population and the subject of the forum, you have fairly nice amount and sets of forums and categories on the index, mainly on the discussions forums, I noticed almost 70% of the forums on the index relates to sports which is a nice idea to do on a forum, but for now, you have too much forums which makes the index too long and it's not really needed for now since it's not that really a big forum, it would be better to combine forums for the meantime unless you need a large amount of discussions forums for the population of the forum, some forums that can be combined are general discussions, media lounge and world issues forum, since they are all about general talk, they all have same purpose so they can be combined to lessen the index's size, another thing is I don't know why you have a graphics forum since this is all about sports, what's the relation? I'm not trying to force you to remove it but I'm just wondering why, it just adds length to the index, now, I noticed almost all of the forums has large amount of posts, nice work,the forum that has been left dusted is the forum 'Local footy', this could be hidden unless it has low posts, it can increase the possibilities of the forum, now, to the organization of the forums, To be honest, I liked the positionings & organization of the forums, I can easily find important forums, it's arranged from important to general to off topic forums, and that's nice, now, the appearance of the forums and categories are nice, It's nice to hide sub forums, and the descriptions of the forums are fine. Just fix or adjust the things I mentioned on this criteria.

- Major Graphics (Score: 9/10):
Banner:
The banner is looking great! As I'd mentioned above, it's the one that made me think that this is a sports forum since I thought it's a card forum, it's obvioulsy because of the pictures placed there which gives emphasis to the forum's main subject, the size is fine, the color of the banner is also fine, I like blue there, the font used is good, fits with the color of the banner, so nice work here.(5/5)
Navigation Bar
The navigation bars at first glance are fine for me, but as I stared to it, I realize that it looks a bit plain, but, I liked the fonts and colors used there, it doesn't make it really look 100% plain, the color partners with the banner and that's nice, it's nice to maintain closeness to colors to the parts of the forum,the other navigation bars(new topic & reply) are better than the main ones, I think it would be better if you'll also make the main ones like this.(4/5)
- Forum Layout & Color Scheme (Score: 10/10):
I liked the colors of the forum, I describe it light and calming, some colors that can be found on your forum are sky blue, light gray & white, that's a nice combination for a sport forum, it's not bad you don't have any background, it still looks good, but I think it will also be good if you'll add some that would partner with the color of the forum.
- Images & Icons (Score: 6/10):
Now, as I;d mentioned above, you have nice images placed on the banner which gives emphasis to the main subject of the forum, that's nice, next, the images on every forums are also nice, but there are some things that are wrong here, first, I saw same images on all forums in a category, I saw about 4 category with same images on its forums, well, to be honest, it doesn't look nice, this is because, some of the forums in a category has different sets of images on every forums, and this(such as soccer category) categories has same images on all of it's forums, so this looks odd, so if I where you, I wouldn't have same images on forums, since you have graphic designers, they can make some for you, second thing is all of the images on every forums has same styles and sizes while the 'archives' forums has different style of image or size, what I mean is most of the forums has a square based size while this one is not, so it looks really odd, try to stick on 1 style of image, now, the forum icons(new post, no new post & forum is locked) are nice, nothing wrong with it, the 'who is online?' icon is also nice! Brilliant there! So just get those things fixed.
Forum Style total :: 25/30 Usergroups
- Population of Groups (Score: 10/10):
The amount of staff members are fine, a total of 6 which includes 2 administrators, 2 global moderators and 2 designers, the number of moderation staffs are just fine, you don't need to add more unless the forum is under control 
- Staff Groups / User Groups (Score: 9/10):
The amount of staff groups are fine! I see nothing wrong with it, the colors of the group are also fine, now, just as I'd mentioned above, I don't have any idea why you have designers since this is a sports forum, but I don't see any thing wrong with it.
